“Excellent service. Great attitude. Makes you feel instantly comfortable that you're going to get good service. I've taken tailoring in and it was done quickly and exactly as I requested. I've also taken shoes in for new heel caps. On the pair I took in today the spiked heel was scraped and I didn't expect him to do anything with that. He not only repaired my heels while I waited, but had the shoes back in my hands 10 minutes later and the scrape was filled, smoothed down and polished so it was barely noticeable. This was all done with a smile and gratitude for my patronage. (Meanwhile, I sat in comfort listening to Christian music in the background. ) it was really a lovely experience. I'll definitely be going back.”
