However I came back from college not too long ago and planned on renewing my membership. Richard helped me out and was a great help! This gym has everything you need and is perfect for the weekly gym goer. Definitely check it out and stop by, ask for Richard and he will fill you in on anything you need to know.

(December 9, 2018, 9:20 pm)Victoria has been my personal trainer for 2 years, and I’ve made great progress. Each session is different, never gets boring, and I have better upper and lower body strength now than I did when I was much younger. Victoria is a keeper!

(December 8, 2018, 4:24 pm)I have been working out here for 5 years. I have never had an issue with the gym. I started personal training with Victoria about two years ago. She is great. She knows when to push me and when to change up my workout to work on my weaknesses, but she also listens to me about what I like and if something is hurting. No complaints at all!!

(November 24, 2018, 1:37 pm)This is my gym. I come here 4 days a week always around the same time between 830 and 10 and the machines I need are always accessible. The place is always so clean. Everyone is respectful of one another. Its smaller than other locations but its great for what I need. One of my concerns is some of the machines are a bit worn out and old but otherwise I love this gym.
