I would just like to thank the two men from area white carpet cleaning that came out today to clean my carpet. They were very well groomed, nice uniforms, and the vehicle was very clean, they walk me through my home . I show them all of the trouble spots some that I was not sure if it would come out. After they cleaned they walk me through, to my amazement all of the spots except for one came out . I was very please with the cleaning did. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a gray carpet cleaning and a great customer service. Please area wide thank the two men that came out to my home and did a great job. I highly recommend this Carpet Cleaning company for any kind of residential carpet cleaning and flood damage restoration. We called them after our washing machine burst and water sprayed out into our carpeted hallway and back toward the oriental rugs in the master bedroom. No one was home at the time but when my daughter did arrive, the carpet was saturated and she said it was making 'squelchy sounds' when she walked on it. We them on a recommendation from my brother - they did the carpet cleaning at his office. Anyway, they came right out that same day and got started on the water extraction to remove all of the water. They carpeted the carpet and did the carpet deodorizing as I was concerned it would start to smell moldy. An added bonus is that their carpet deodorizing achieved the pet odor removal and carpet cleaning got out the spots and stains that had been building up for years. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful alleviating our worries during this stressful time. And they were very careful during the oriental rug cleaning. I am going to call them back out for whole home carpet cleaning soon. I just can't say enough good things about these local carpet cleaners!
