“FOLLOW UP: I have continued to see Dr. AMER because of her nurse who is wonderful: returns calls, responsive, timely and helpful. I believe in 2nd chances. Things have gotten better with Dr. Amer who has addressed my concerns. She is a pleasant physician, always available and the office is never crowded or requires long wait time. FIRST VISIT: The location is new. The doctor seemed new as well. I was a new patient and thought she would inquire about my family and medical history, she did not. I was offered to do my annual physical which was open your mouth, breath in and out and go do labs at Quest. I said I recently had abdominal pain, that was ignored. As she exited the room her child was at the door. I got a sense of dissatisfaction and like she was not a personable physician who got detailed with her patients. She did a lot of suggesting to see other specialist and was honest about her abilities”

Had an appointment today for my physical in order to play tennis and no other doctors could get me an appointment today but this office saved my life and were able to get my physical done so I can now happily try out for the tennis team! We went in to get a neuter procedure for our little guy and my wife was very nervous before the procedure, but after talking to everyone at the clinic, all her worries disappeared. Drop off time and pick up time is a CONVENIENCE for people that work. Drop off is as early as 7am and pick up is after 5. PERFECT!!!!!!!”
