“We recently moved and so many around me recommended Texas Children's Pediatrics, I tried it and loved it. Doctor Wang is amazing. She is caring, listens to you, and takes time with her patients. We have been going there for a little over 6 months and will continue to take my children there. The staff is also very helpful. With early appointments I never had to wait more than 5 minutes, but if you make afternoon appointments be prepared to wait a little longer. I think the longest I've waited was about 25 minutes one afternoon which is nothing compared to 50 minutes I used to wait at our previous pediatrician. I highly recommended them.”

“Given the previous reviews i say they do take them seriously. They have improved (not that I have ever experienced anything other than exceptional treatment) My two sons have been seeing Dr. Bishop since birth. Yes the wait time is long to speak to the nurse but please understand they are other humans waiting to talk to them about there little humans and besides there work load. The my chart is great schedule appointments, send mjs. to the doctors/nurses the do respond or give a call if need be. you have the records on the chart. Oh Dr. Bishop what can I say he is experienced doctor listens to my concerns and puts them at ease, explains once twice if need be the nurses are kind and friendly , yes you do have the oh they are busy and rush a little but again they got kids to attend and don't be late it only takes one child to ruin the schedule (done it before ) sorry. Yes they work with your schedule. :D first time mommy fears when away knowing that you have a great medical team backing me up. (oh and my Mother in law her kids also had him as a doctor of her kids till they where no longer at the age to see him. Front desk is good and reg. payment nothing in life is free you pay for groceries before you leave the store ppl. They are a business too.”
