“I like Koko Fit Club because it is efficient, I can fit a workout in as my schedule changes, they mix up the workouts so you don't get bored, and I can manage and be responsible for my own effort and progress. Also, the facility is always clean, the equipment works as expected and the staff is helpful and pleasant. It is by far the best "gym" experience, and consequently the best results I've ever had from working out. In December of 2017 I weighed 230 pounds. Though I lost a few pounds from cutting back on how much I was eating and doing more walking, I was still over 220 pounds in March. My wife of 35 years died at the end of March from breast cancer and I knew that I needed to consciously switch from a caretaker role to taking care of myself if I was going to be able to manage this life change and the grief process. Going to Koko Fit Club not only gave me a "project" to get engaged with, it also gave me space to take it on at my own pace. It became as much a mental health exercise as a physical health one. Today, I weigh 190 pounds, which was my goal weight. I am also stronger and have more stamina. I'm even planning a ski trip for the first time in years. It might have been possible to get these results with another gym or another program, but Koko Fit Club made it easy for me and my schedule to build a healthy, efficient workout habit. I highly recommend them.”

“I am updating my review. This place has a really professional staff that are really friendly and do a great job. I got great care here and enjoyed going. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is their outsource billing can be confusing and alarming. They mistakenly sent me a bill for money I didn't owe totally $2300.00. I called them and they said they would get back to me to confirm they are not billing me. I have not been able to reach anyone there since over 3 months and I have called more then 10 times.”

“On my first visit my first impression of office when I entered was very nice, clean and beautiful decor.The receptionist was very ,very nice and pleasant. She made my husband and myself feel very welcomed and comfortable. The hygienists was very friendly and professional. The Dentist made me feel very comfortable explaining findings, the procedure needed to fix problems also my cost with a detailed itemized bill. I truly enjoyed my visit there and the office is so close to my home convenient location”
