“Impeccable service to the City of Katy! The employees are all very friendly and take your needs seriously. Today isn't my first time needing assistance but it was quick and easy nonetheless! Our dog continued to try to get something in our shed this afternoon. I assumed we had a rat issue again, but he was so very determined to get to a certain spot. Upon inspection, I discovered a momma possum and quite a few babies under a dresser. Animal Control got on it swiftly and took them away. Many thanks to y'all!!!”

“Rented a car yesterday at this location since it was the only one open early on Sundays. The representative that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had originally asked for a Camry or similar car but they upgraded me to a luxury sedan, I couldn't be happier, and they also reimbursed me for the Uber rides since they could not give me a ride back home because they were very busy. I have been to other Enterprises and this location is by far the best one I have been to. Thank you to the employees for being courteous and professional and very friendly, I will recommend this location to family and friends and will be coming back to this location .”

“Allows license to carry! Never had an issue with them, and use them wkly. You can drop and go if you have the right bag, or prepay... whatever is most convenient. The young lady that works there has been very nice to me, and the one time a button wasn't fixed like requested, she immediately sent it back to have it done and ready for next day. (Things happen) I'd use this place for regular stuff. I am hesitant however about my Armani suits and shirts.... I take those items to another place.”

“It was a Sunday morning. Rain was looming and there was roof damage from the previous day's winds. I called no less than 15 different roofing companies! Advanced Roofing was one of two companies that answered my calls. They were the ONLY one willing to come out that day (the other company was able to come out in about 6 days?!). I was given a 1 hour window. Tim (the owner) called to let me know exactly when he'd be arriving in that time slot, and he was right on time. He accessed the problem quickly. I expressed my concern about water getting in the house with rain on the forecast for the next few days. If ever there was an opportunity to gouge somebody, I just presented it. Tim's quote was fair, it cost right about what I anticipated an honest price would be. Best of all, he was going to do the work right then and there (after gathering materials). Tim made short order of the roof problems. He identified the problem and he fixed the problem. Afterwards I had a nice chat with him. He gave the whole roof a once over and told me the rest of my roof looked OK. I appreciated that he didn't have a fake-sales pitch like many contractors do. I'm glad I found Advanced Roofing and Tim. The world is full of shady contractors, its redeeming when you find one that is honest, kind and understanding of your issue. (Fun follow up, the next day I received callbacks from all the other roofing companies. Sorry, job was done before you returned my call.)”
