  Quiet, clean. Very narrow spaces without room to put chairs outside the camper. Parked our car in the soggy grass in order to sit for happy hour in front of our rig with friends. Office is closed on weekends, so unable to get my mail.

  We stayed here for a few weeks while visiting family. All the amenities one would need: very clean facilities, bathrooms, pool, lawn immaculate, laundry room clean with 10 dryers and 10 washers, super functional unlike other laundromats where the machines don’t work well...not that way at all here. Michelle was always friendly and helpful. Was a nice set back, quiet park!

  I moved here shortly after Hurricane Harvey. I was staying at Marina Bay RV Park and they tripled the rent. I called around and a friend suggested calling this lady at another RV park who was helping people who are displaced by Harvey. I called and was blessed with the person that answered the phone. That would be Michelle.
  We moved my RV here. And I have been here since. This is a community.
  Park is clean and well-maintained. The streets are safe for children. People look out for each other. Michelle is a great manager. Always willing to help out.

  Great for families. Quiet park and safe streets for kids. The sites are a good size at a very good price. We could even fit our fifth wheel, truck, car, and cargo trailer in a spot. Management is upfront, friendly, and not too nosey. The other tenants either keep to themselves or are friendly. I really liked the gated playground. The only improvement I would enjoy is some trees for shade.
