(May 17, 2021, 4:12 pm)My experience went well. Our salesperson was Mark and he gave us space and allowed us to look and find the vehicle we wanted and offered us a fair trade in value for our car. The attitude of the staff definitely helped the sale. Most other places we went, people clung to us or tried to talk us up and into different things than we wanted. Certainly would return for future car purchases!

We did not feel pressured at all and were able to sell our car easily and hassle free. Plus, the entire Lindbergh staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you, CARMAX!

There was a slight mix-up at closing, but it was quickly addressed. Follow-up was outstanding! I would definitely recommend CarMax to anyone searching for a used vehicle.

(March 27, 2021, 12:07 pm)Test driving the car was great. They gave me a fair price on my trade. My new truck was also priced fairly. Andrew was a great sales rep. He answered all of my questions quickly and seemed very knowledgeable The only gripe was the waiting on the business office to finalize my transaction. It took quite a long time. Overall though, a pretty good buying experience.
