“I had a great experience at this ER. The staff were kind, the doctor caring and the facility looked very nice and clean. The nurse doesn't even let you wait in the waiting room here, as they brought me back the second I signed in. I can't explain why someone would rate them low for pretending to be an urgent care, when the sign out front says "Emergency Room" really big, and it's in English. There was a sign on the front door and main desk that said they were an ER and there was a paper I signed in my registration packet that said it was an ER. I guess for a few things an urgent care might be cheaper, but get a bad cut after 9pm and try and find one open (there aren't any). Also, it's nice to be seen by a real doctor without waiting 3 hours in a hospital waiting room.”

He takes his time with you and explains everything in detail. Front desk and medical assistant team was very nice as well.
