“Let me just start off saying that what I have to say is all true and I do not work for these guys. I had been through "hell and back." I purchased my mattress from the La Marque location. I ran into some issues with a warranty call from the manufacture. Unfortunately that location closed. Long story short, I felt alone and thought I would have to buy a new bed after only owning it for less than a year. I got a call from Michael at the league city location, and he and his team (Dennis) has really gone far and out of their way to take care of me. Not only did they get my warranty issue resolved. They educated me and gave me a high quality matress at the same cost without paying anything extra. I recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a bed. The prices are right and the guys there are super knowledgeable when it comes to getting a good night sleep. Thank you guys so much for helping with my issue and getting it taken care in a smooth and caring nature. I am so much happier with the bed you recommended and my back no longer aches. “I called Harrison AC and heat last night around 9:30 p.m. when my AC stopped working when I have 3 kids at the house and I also take care of my mother no other company would give me a the time of day and they're answering Services seem to very careless when I talk to Ashley who was the on call answering service she definitely made me feel comfortable she set the appointment for an emergency 24-hour repair service call and had a technician in my house with in an hour and a half. The technician did get me up and cooling for the night however there was a leak in my coil he took me out there and showed me the link at seem like someone took a screwdriver and stopped through it and the screwdriver belonged to me I let a technician use it 3 days prior when he tried to sell me a system not only did Harrison a scene he give me up and cooling temporarily they're also able to fix that leak so I did not have to completely invest the new one due to me not having a money for a new one at this point in time they also had the office type up and at the photographs so I can get the money back from the company who vandalized my system I will never use any company besides Harrison AC and heat again it was affordable fast reliable and just absolutely the best service I have ever had thank you guys for being such a great service provider.”
