“This place is amazing. Dustin is friendly and motivating which is important for early morning workouts. The beginning is tough, but after the first week or so it gets much better. Everyone going there is easy to work out with that I've experienced, the excercises are simple but work a lot better than expected and if you do the workout and feel that you can do it again right after, you did something wrong. The excercises can be modified to be made more difficult or easier so it works for anyone at any level. FBBC is definitely worth it.”
