After as many surgery and procedures as I've had Dr. Neleson is able to keep my pain to a minimal with injections and some pain meds. No where near the meds I was taking. So blessed to have him. The ladies in his office are friendly and personable you can talk to them without feeling like they are ignoring or judging you. “Avery Shirey is a man that cares how you look, I mean that in the best way. You go in and he is going to take care of you. This man gives you exactly what you want with skill and precision! He also as far as I know is one of the only barbers in town/todays world that offers a straight razor shave. Holy cow that was a very cool experience, or should I say hot? That’s right, he comes in clutch with the hot towel and his own brand of shave butter. I felt so smooth and so clean after seeing him, if I could give him 10 stars, I’d be happy to.”

“This is the office I would come to see Dr. Koone. This was my initial visit and he took so much time going over all my issues/complaints/skin ailments. I took my son a month later and also got great care and answers. Dr Koone was also very sensitive to our drive and cost of the visit which made me feel even more confident in his compassion for his patients. His team of nurses are outstanding. They are also very friendly and engaging, not just there to take notes and move you out the door. I have had several hang ups with trying to get bills in order to turn in to my insurance and that’s frustrating (why the 4 star review).”

The clerk at the front desk is always friendly and remembered me every time I came for my follow-up visits. I was spared a lengthy recovery and a much larger scar. Dr. Arnot is fantastic. I believed he was kind from my first visit and my mother in-law felt the same way when he spoke to her after my surgery.
