“I purchased a motor coach from Mel a little over a year ago. The whole buying experience was great. I had done my research on what I wanted and it was nice to hear Mel's knowledge on what to buy and not to buy lined up from everything that I had read up on. I purchased a 2006 Fleetwood Revolution 40LE with a CAT C9 400HP motorhome. Beautiful coach for its age. Mel and Chris were very helpful throughout the purchase and I highly recommend you purchase your motorhome from them. My advice is to ask Mel as many questions that you have on motor coaches if you're a first time buyer. I learned a lot from him. How's the coach been over the past year and 7k miles later? 1. I love the coach & Eldorado RV. Coach has been good. 2. After getting comfortable driving it, I realized the swaybar bushings were missing and the coach was leaning too hard when turning which caused some damage to the body, radiator housing and broke the airbag frame bolt. After those incidents, I went to look for a problem and found it real quick. Repair done by Red River Truck Repair in Sherman. 3. Fridge went out real quick and Eldorado RV so graciously had it repaired. Unfortunately, the repair worked for only a couple months. So we bought a little electric cooler since the fridge isn't cooling, but the freezer still does work. 4. It needed new shocks ASAP. I changed the shocks myself and it's a world of a difference. No more bouncing all over the road. But the rust was so bad, I did have to cut off the bolts and get some fresh puppies to put in there from Ace Hardware. 5. Tie-rods were shot. Chris recommended a fantastic mechanics shop and they are my new fav truck shop. They just did my 1 year/18mo service and replaced the tie-rods and sway bar bushings for me. If it wasn't for their recommendation, I'd prob paid out the wazoo for the repairs. Once again, Eldorado RV for the win. 6. I broke down for 3 days in Arkansas with the motor and trans t-stats going bad. Due to the rust, it was one hell of a job. Bolts were all rusted and broke off inside the housings. In the end, some ding dong put in the wrong thermostats causing the temps to run colder than they should and of course prematurely failed. I replaced with OEM parts, new housings & bolts and was back on the road. 7. Coach always had water leaks. I'm still chasing them. Each time I think I solved the mystery, I find a new one, lol. I had Eldorado RV reseal the AC units, but that didn't fix all the leaks like I thought it would at the time. That was just 1. You're going to have water leaks. I didn't do my part in looking for them, so that's on me. Thank you Eldorado for at least resealing the AC units when you didn't have to! 8. I also had all the tail lights go out. They were old and cracked. water would get in and fry them. I bit the bullet and spend $1k on the LED ones and they have been working great since. 9. Washer didn't work fully. Should have tested in. It washes, but it doesn't dry. Again, lesson learned! 10. Water pump busted. Honestly, I thought I winterized the coach, but I didn't do the water pump behind the wet bay. Whoops! Cheap and easy fix. There's a lot more I had to do, like the back up camera bc it stopped working on my way home from the dealership, but honestly, they probably didn't know all this was going on. That's just part of owning a coach. If you're going to buy a 20 year old RV, blaming the dealership isn't the way to go about it. It's going to have problems. Eldorado is going to help you get through it. Camping World or Fun Town sure as heck aren't. I want to again thank the entire Eldorado RV team. It was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Mel treated me with respect when I probably looked like a young tire kicker trying to buy an expensive motor coach. I highly recommend buying a coach from Eldorado RV. They treat you with respect, they are knowledgeable and they make themselves available. Chris likes his weekends, but Mel has answered my call or text no matter the day or time and that I respect. 5 star experience all the way!”

Offers you a cold drink, a little dessert bite, and puts your picks into a dressing room; while also giving you space to shop without hounding you. The owner puts so much time and effort into her store decoration. Everything is beautiful inside. She has home decorations, jewelry, and for middle age to older women clothing in shirts, pants, and dresses. Lots of felt hats in many/all colors too! Prices ranging from $15-80 for clothes. Why she only has 2 Google reviews thus far is beyond me! She deserves many more.”

“We switched from pinnacle over to Enderby when Pinnacle bought Collins propane. Like everyone else, we weren’t notified of the change, and were horrified to learn pinnacle did not assume the auto fill program. They put a lot of families in a very bad position with some of the coldest temperatures on record. Enderby really came through for us when we were in a pinch. We were down to 4% the day before Christmas Eve and wouldn't have lasted the night. The cost was $2.75/ gal which is very competitive considering many are charging over $3/ gal and require long-term contracts. Enderby takes credit cards, checks, or cash. Although there is a Princeton location that services Lucas, the Sherman location accommodated us. The customer service is excellent. You get a real person answering the phones. Driver 206 was exceptional and very polite. I recommend Enderby without reservation for residential propane delivery.”

“As I was walking through Home Depot, looking lost, a young gentleman stopped and asked me if I needed help. He directed me to the correct location in the store and was not quite able to figure out what I needed. He then offered to go get the resident expert in that area, and they both returned back. The resident experts name was Elijah, and Elijah was able to point out exactly what I needed. Both of these people offered their help without me even asking. It is a significantly better and different experience than I normally experience when I go to Lowe’s. I will definitely be back.”

“Totally reorganized second hand kids store with new owners. Love the play area for my wandering boys in the center off the store!! Very open and well lighted, I had a pretty good clear view of the play area in most spots of the store. Organized into three parts with adults (mother's maternity and accessories) up front, little kiddos on the right and bigger kiddos on the left. Good amount of baby furniture all clean and in working order, way nicer than taking a gamble at goodwill. Came looking for cotton feetie pj's with snaps instead of zipper for my daughter and wasn't disappointed, she had a lot of styles and sizes to choose from. I'm cheap so I stick with clearance and holiday, but the prices were reasonable enough that I picked up a few cute day dresses for her too. Totally scored on a super nice bottle sanitizer in dang near unused condition- I think I paid like a third of what it was going for new. Unexpectedly found some ball pen balls for cheap, and splurged on car stickers and a 3D printed fidget toy. Still came in under budget👍🥰👍 Pay attention to the sale board just inside the entrance, you can get a good deal if you watch the colors of the tags.”

“Had my oil changed and Nadia in service honored my coupon. Thankful for her customer service. However, while waiting, I overheard a sales m.gr talking down to a salesman. Both were older but the manager talked to the salesman like he was two. I thought to myself as I watched for an explosive reaction from the salesman to his superior. I could not believe what I saw. The salesman reacted humbly. The sales manager continued to show his true colors. The salesman took it. Approximately 20 minutes later the salesman approached me and asked if I were ok or needed water? I told him I was fine and thanked him. However, I asked for the name of the tall, slender, elderly manager but guess what? The car salesman said it didn't matter. It was like water off of a ducks back. I was shocked but his response was still to remain humble. I told him that I wish I had his reaction. I was still boiling after 20 minutes had passed from him being talked down to. Obviously the man needed his job. However, this ensured me that I would never want to put my money in that horrible sales mangers pocket. I pray God makes it right for the humble salesman. Really love the service dept. Just wish they vacuumed inside the car since you pay for wash.”
