“Their selection of whiskey is pretty large even though it's mostly comprised of bourbons. Most of the prices on their whiskey is pretty fair. Some of the prices are way high even on something that isn't hard to find. Their beer selection is pretty slim as far as variety. Their coolers don't seem to be all that cold either. I usually have to cool it down more in my fridge at home.”

“This is my second time walking in and the staff were actually quite helpful this time. The first time I went in was last year, and I seeminly got a lot of negative reactions for a much older lady and another women with green make up on. I dont wear a lot of make up but was needing some for my wedding back then. The more questions I asked, the more annoyed they seemed to get. Then at some point I smudged the lipstick I was testing and the older woman was content to obviously notice it, give me a long weird look, but let me walk around like that. My husband had to tell me after I'd walked around with her for a while. You'd figure they'd let a girl know that, being that they work in a make up store. I also asked for the closest legitimate cruelty free products and was shown brands like tart and bare minerals. Every time I asked for something different, they would try to guide me to even less animal friendly products. This time I went in and a nice woman I unfortunately can't remember the name of knew exactly what I ment by cruelty free, then took me to the tiny section of the store that had the closest to what I'm looking for. There was only 3 heavily picked through brands but at least she knew what I wanted and exactly where to go. I wish I knew her name. I remember she was African American with long hair but that's it. Sorry. She helped me find the best brow pencil I've ever had. Very happy with it!”

“Cleanest gas station I’ve seen in a long time! Restrooms 10/10. Customer Service 7/10 they say hi super enthusiastically. Inventory 10/10 (at least the drinks! Such a good variety) I loved the lowered shelves- everything is very meaningfully placed and all neat and orderly. They even take COVID precautions and provide tissues next to each fridge handle so you don’t have to touch anything.”

“Never had a bad time in here. The only small shop that managed to keep ammo prices reasonable through the shortage and they always have some cool guns to check out. Great place, great people and the most fairly priced pawn shop in town. I've purchased probably over a dozen firearms ( and magazines, ammo, zippos and silver haha ) and will keep coming back until my bank sends me a cease and desist. The employees are knowledgeable but not know-it-alls and if you ask a question they can't answer, they'll find it for you. I've been trying to convince my grandfather to buy a handgun, and one of the employees took a good 15 minutes explaining the basics, pros and cons of caliber choice and even on multiple price points even though my grandfather expressed he wouldn't be spending any money that day. Now THAT is what i call customer service. ( and to the other guy whining that a pawn shop isn't paying MSRP for your stuff...its a pawn shop. If you thought it was worth what you're asking, you'd sell it yourself. )”

“I visited the Sherman office of my company for training. They were so kind that I decided to send them a treat. Since I do not live in Sherman, I found Ya-Hoo Bakery online and called to see if they delivered and what they had available. I spoke with Angie who took great care of me. She was able to deliver a Hummingbird sheet cake to the office in Sherman. She asked if I wanted to include a gift card! The price was also affordable. The cake was delivered later that day and I received an email from the office. They were super excited that they got such a great cake as a treat. None of this would have been possible without Angie and The Ya-Hoo Baking Company. I am sure it won over the hearts of the folks who do live there!”

The store attendant walked me through operating the vehicle and covered every point in the rental. All questions, answered. Professionalism, checked!
