  I have been looking for a new GMC Terrain for my daughter. I went looking around the lot and a Salesperson named Tyler did a wonderful job in helping me find one that was perfect for her and her budget. My daughter and I came back the next day to test drive it and Tyler was prepared and already had the car pulled up out front and waiting for us to get there. He was a great salesperson and really knew everything about the vehicle. As we walked in the dealership the Sales Manager Steve, came out of his office to meet us and personally thank us for stopping by and literally worked with us every step of the way to get the best deal for her. When we made it to the Finance Manager, Murray, I was pleased to see how well he explained everything and every number on the contract with my daughter, to give my her a better understanding about buying a car. The whole car buying experience was WONDERFUL! Not once did we feel pressured during the whole time we were there. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and had excellent customer service, even the Service Advisor. We will be back and we will tell all our friends and family about Sterling Navasota Chevrolet!

  The maintenance Dept is on point. Only one mistake out of many visits. And said mistake could happen to anyone.

  Robert Brecht (our sales rep) was very good to work with and made us comfortable throughout the process. He walked us through the vehicle before departure and got it and us road ready.
  
  Steve Erna found the perfect vehicle and financing alternative as well as giving us very fair value for our trade-ins. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from beginning to end.
  
  The closing process with Arthur Murray went smooth as silk. He was well prepared and very thorough. He explained extended warranty alternatives, but was understanding when we passed.
  
  The car was beautifully prepped and we are extremely happy.

  I was out of state on business and my wife had a blow out on our recently purchased Buick Enclave (used) and the vehicle was in excellent condition from dealer. With Triple AAA we were able to get it back to dealer because the lug nut lock was not included (and no spare could be installed) with the purchase of the vehicle. Our sales rep David Lawrence stayed an hour after closing to meet my wife and put her into a loaner vehicle ( very Nice auto) to get her home SAFELY. Again I was out of state and he followed up with me on the phone the next day on tire purchase and I bought tire and installation from dealer( Higher$) because of his above and beyond efforts.
