“I was eager to try Comfort Dental as it’s close to home-has GREAT hours. Fortunately they are a preferred provider on my insurance so I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and were exceedingly positive & professional. The office is lovely as is the staff and the customer service is top notch. After x-rays and an initial exam Dr.Sousa explained everything she found and provided me with an in depth treatment plan as well as several options to accomplish everything over time so that I can maximize my benefits. My first appointment was several composite fillings and everything went extremely well. I’m terrified of many dental procedures but Dr Sousa and her staff made me as comfortable as possible. They were very gentle, kind, reassuring and ultimately did an amazing job. We’re in the process of accomplishing much needed work and I am relieved & eager going forward with Dr. Sousa & Comfort Dental.”

“I was recommended Blue Birds by a co-worker back in 2016. I was a first time mom and nervous about daycares. I am very grateful and blessed that I trusted my coworkers. Blue Birds has been amazing. All 3 of my kids have gone through here and even recently my baby girl who went in at 6 weeks old. They love my babies and take care of them so well. They do lots of fun projects with them and make the sweetest gifts for parents. They also always decorate according to seasons, holidays and etc and honestly that's one of the smallest but favorite parts. Highly recommend!”

“Newer storage facility. Some hiccups initially with receiving confirmation email containing access details. Called and spoke with Terrie who bent over backwards to resolve all my issues. In a society where customer service is almost an afterthought, Terrie provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. Despite the initial hiccups, the customer service alone and my interaction with Terrie warrants a five star review. Highly recommend this facility for storage.”

“I was a patient of Dr Sousa when her practice was in San Antonio and have now followed her when she re-opened in New Braunfels. She is worth the drive! If you are looking for a calm, caring, attentive dentist and staff, please reach out to her. I had my first ever root canals and crowns done by her and don’t think I would have come out of the experience as well as I did with her! She and her staff will make you feel very comfortable and their new office space is very calming and welcoming!”
