“I am so pleased with the service I received from Lisa's today! I had another Company attempt to repair my Samsung Range (under warranty), but they could not identify the issue, just wanting to swap out control boards and parts without completing any tests. I went without an oven for 30 days, with no end in sight. We called in Lisa's Appliance in desperation! Their Tech, Patrick, came out on the same day. He had read up on our range BEFORE coming to our home, and performed a few electronic tests based on what I had said was wrong with it. He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes...a broken sensor wire!!!! We will not hesitate to use them again!!!!”

“Honestly, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have taken every vehicle I have ever owned here and will continue to do so. The rest of my family does the same. The staff are beyond nice and accommodating. There have been many times they have suggested repairs but also let me know that certain things can wait and they will keep an eye on them for me (when I come in for routine oil changes) and then let me know when it comes closer to an issue. This gives me time to prepare for those larger ticket items. Obviously unexpected things happen, but these types of non-pushy efforts aid big in the trust department. When they tell me it's important, I believe them! Just recently had some work done on my 2013 Sonata and it is running so much better than before! A vehicle purchase can be one of the most expensive budget items, but keeping the vehicle maintained pays dividends on the life expectancy. Especially as many miles as I put on mine and the length of time I plan to own them. Definitely highly recommend!”
