“Go see Zain Naqvi, at Baytown Genesis!! I am probably the pickiest buyer on the face of the planet. I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming. “I don’t want anyone who has less than a year experience with these cars!” Zain met me. Sat with me and went through every feature. Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours. Monday evening at 7:15, I had my car!! He jumped through all the hoops. Went ALL the extra miles for me. I LOVE my car and I highly recommend them!”

They provide snacks and water, as well as a comfortable place to wait. The staff are always VERY kind and sociable. They make me feel comfortable and welcome. “I was here a couple of weeks and was told my vehicle would be a total loss. I asked if I could stop by to clean out my car and they said absolutely. This locating was 45 minutes away from me and with this Houston traffic, it was more like 1hr. This location closes at 6, but our case manager stayed an extra 30 minutes after so that we could come pick up our things. When I got there, no one was there but him! I felt so bad that he had to wait for us but I’m forever grateful he did because I had so many things in there.”
