(February 8, 2019, 12:43 pm)I originally dealt with Laura who was nice. In the end we finished our sale with Ryan. He showed on the receipt Laura got full credit for the sale. We got exactly what we needed for the price we wanted. There are nothing but honest people here. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

(December 2, 2018, 5:41 pm)We walked into Mattress Firm today and received a nice greeting from Laura. We told her we wanted to see a mattress we saw for sale online and she happily showed it to us but we didn't like it. She happily had us start out on their sample beds to get a feel for what kind of mattress we liked. She was extremely patient and told us all about each bed as we tried out about half the beds in the store. We we're actually more comfortable on a bed at the lower end of the price range. She never tried to upsell us or push us into getting a bed we didn't care for. The bed was in stock and will be delivered tomorrow. She then talked to us about financing and happily answered all our questions.
We had been avoiding shopping for a new bed for a while because we don't like high pressure sales. Laura made this an excellent experience for us. -
