“I was part of the group that lost their cars in the flood. I had the wrecker take it to Gentry's. I asked the tow driver about the service and he said I had made the correct choice. I have not really dealt with mechanics here in the past, consider this my experience. Went in several days later and we discussed job scope of replacing a long block, [OEM], and a complete estimate. I knew were backed up, but Ed looked the vehicle over, and looked at some parts I did not want used, durable i.e. belts, hoses and electrical components. He gave me a date, I did not check on the vehicle early, called the office on the date promised, got me my total and had handled the insurance ahead of starting work. Paid out and have not had any problems. Good people working hard to meet customers standards.”

“We always get it to go. We usually get chopped beef, sometime's the links & have always been pleased with it. There's not a lot of fat actually it's pretty lean. The side's are average, but not complaining. Ordered the clobber 1 time, I don't recommend it, flavor not good, very small serving & expensive. As for the rest of their food, I don't know how it is & can't say anything about dining in. Price for what we get is about the same as everywhere else. Very little wait time. Inside kinda small. Looks like there's plenty of parking area & have handicapped parking in front. Family atmosphere.”

“I HAVE PICS ON MY PROFILE that aren't showing up on my review for some reason!! Great guys to work with. One of the guys talked to me on the phone for ten minutes and answered every question I had. They were super busy and still worked with me to get my Civic in. I got 30% on front windows, 5% on back windows, 15% on rear window, and an eyebrow across the top on the front. Will definitely bring any other vehicles here in the future.”
