  Great workouts, with great people. Pete, the owner brings a lot of life to the workouts. The programming is always evolving and it keeps things fresh. Highly recommend!

  This facility is AWESOME! The trainer (Pete) brings such a positive energy to every class. I did the 6 week challenge and was able to meet my goals using the meal plan that was provided. Each class really pushes you just beyond what you think you’re capable of. I loved working out here and would highly recommend this place to anyone that is serious about getting fit and changing your life!

  This is a studio where I always know who is working out with me. There has never been a time when I had to guess " how do I this exercise". Attention and details on how to do each movement are explained from day one to day one hundred and one. I have learned that I can do anything for 40 seconds. The saying goes that you never know how long a minute is until you workout. At FSM that minute is filled with endless shouts from the trainers and members cheering you to the finish line. FSM Fitness is for truly motivated persons. I HIGHLY recommend FSM Fitness if you're ready to put down the "highlight reels" of why you can't. If you want to let go of self doubt, imposter syndrome and want to be a better you! This is not sweating to the oldies but I sweat. It's not a cookie cutter studio, It is a place where real cuts are made. Don't expect concierge service, but expect to acquire that better than you thought you could healthy body.

  The Culture of FSM Fitness is unlike any other. I took part of a 6 week challenge in where they were able to coach, motivate and really push me to lose 25 pounds, again... in just 6 weeks! This is the only place that I have joined that has helped me achieve such a goal. I recommend FSM Fitness to anyone and everyone I can for the amazing work they do. It is more personal than any challenge I have been on and they could even put a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed sign on their door! I cannot thank the FSM family enough for all the good they do to anyone willing to push themselves to achieve any fitness goals they have for themselves. Thank you Pete, Dee and Alley! You guys are awesome! See you again SOON!

  Pete is an awesome trainer! In six weeks I lost 28 pounds, 8% body fat and 4.5 inches off my waist! He pushes you, workouts are always different, and best yet... it’s a great environment!
