  I absolutely love Premier Pilates! Rosa and her staff are kind and attentive, but more importantly, Rosa understands how our bodies work. She and her instructors take the time to explain why and how we perform movements in the correct alignment and then show us how that movement should look. I am challenged in every class yet still leave every class feeling empowered and beautiful.

  I love going to Pilates! And Premier Pilates is the best experience! The instructors pay close attention to make sure that you don't move in a way that will hurt yourself which is so important when working out! There is so much variety it has kept me interested for years! I leave workouts feeling great and look forward to the next class.

  Rosa just has the BEST energy and she knows how to bring it to her studio. The classes are informative, challenging, and enjoyable. My favorite part? The vibe of the studio. It's full of zen and never fails to leave me feeling refreshed and at ease. Definitely not your average Pilates studio, so check it out!

  Premier Pilates has become my second home. I am in my 5th year with Rosa and joining her studio was the best fitness decision I have ever made. I have lost inches, built lean muscle and become a much healthier and happier person because of Rosa and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and make classes FUN! Even after five years, I am constantly being challenged and learning new exercises. Whether you are a beginner or Pilates junkie, you will love this studio! Rosa and Mark are fabulous and have created a warm, friendly environment for exercise. Come by and give them a try - you will not be disappointed!
