With that being said, I was having issues with the automatic cat wash & called for help through Google. The owner replied quickly to my voicemail, providing a solution that was more than fair. I was very impressed with the customer service I received, & despite the experience I had with their equipment malfunctioning, would use their car wash again knowing that they stand behind their services. “This car wash does a pretty good job of getting off the stuff off of your car. I wish the attendance would spray a little better on the front grill of the car in the back window of the truck before entering the car wash to help remove some of the grime. I also wish they would clean up at the end of the car wash tunnel with the pressure washer because it seems like you're driving through some mud and stuff as you exit the car wash.”
