He took my measurements multiple time during my training with him and he made adjustments to my workouts and nutrition if necessary. He truly cares about your health and makes sure that you are doing proper form and will adjust your exercises if you have had previous injuries. He challenged me during every single workout and helped me reach my present goals, but also jumpstarted my fitness journey. Whether I did 30 minutes or an hour with him I always got in an effective workout. “I don't know who the owners are for the people that work here but they are very very good people and I know this and I've never met him and I probably never will I just pulled in here from Interstate 290 and their self-serving they got buckets made out with golf balls already made and a note that says please pay and drop money in a box and TOA to play golf and I got Christian music playing I don't know how to play golf either but I know I am very very peaceful here it's raining kind of chilly out and I was aggravated pulled over I'm hanging out on the side of their porch weave I guess tee off at and I am very very peaceful pretty much till just now forgot what I was aggravated about listening to this good Christian radio station that got playing and there's nobody else here just me and they are trustworthy people stop the world used to be like that you very rarely running to family-owned Christian people anymore are family-owned businesses that are Christian people I meant to say I just know they're good people and they trust people I hope they're doing very very great and life is being very successful towards them and I'm sure it is as long as they got the good Lord above and Jesus in your corner they are definitely doing good. I'm sorry they are doing great greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world I need to remember that”
