Heritage Park Overlook Basin

I got here all the time. Very good place to run and fish. Very safe but don't go at night cause there are no lights but very pretty for pictures or just looking

Awesome place to walk or bike. Kids love it. No park but you can fish- catch and release only

It is a great place to run, jog, walk, bike and rollerblade. You can also simply sit and watch the birds or turtles in water. Some people fish there but not sure if they catch anything. I just wish they had trees along the trail during the summer to shade to give a break from the heat. It could also use a water fountain when people get thirsty.

I absolutely love this place. My Dad and I normally go for a nice walk every night, and we used to go to our neighborhood park until we saw this place. It is a beautiful retainment pond with ducks, turtles, and all kinds of birds. It's got inclines and a super long track with many different paths. It is perfect for walking and seems to be very safe. It closes at dusk. I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a nice place to walk in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area.

This is one of my FAVORITE parks. Fishing is good here for the skilled angler. Walk/bike paths are also good for skating. Great for familly and kids????
