“I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this company. I called after 8pm on a Saturday night (the weekend before Halloween) when I noticed our unit was not turning on. I expected to make an appointment for Monday or even Sunday at the very earliest. Christina was very nice and insisted it would be no problem to send someone out within the hour. David showed up right away. He kept us informed as he was working and had all the parts needed to fix our unit on hand. He was patient, thorough, friendly, and fast. We will be calling them for all of our future needs! From the first call, to the text that a technician was on his way, to being informed every step of the way, and the fair prices, I highly recommend them!”
