“I had accidentally forgotten to take my medicine in the morning and went to work with leaving the bottle at home. I technically was not due for a refill until the next 5-7 days but the pharmacist called my insurance to see if they could override the 30 day prescription refill date. I really appreciate that extra step of care because the medicine was for my seizures and particularly vital for my daily functioning. I unfortunately do not get the pharmacist's name but my prescription bottle says Nam Vo. I am not sure if that is whom he was but I do know the man was middle aged and of Asian decent. He was able to override it and filled the prescription right away. I am so appreciative :)”

“I had the best experience at check-out. The cashier was Lannie and she went above and beyond the duty. She was warm and welcoming and asked how my day was going. I asked her to check the price of two pieces of infant clothing because they were on the sales rack but wasn't sure if they were actually on sale. She checked and they weren't on sale but said that Target would honor the sale since I found the items on the sales rack. I was super impressed by that experience. She then went on to ask if the clothes were for my little boy, which I responded, yes, and he turns one month old tomorrow. She was excited for me and said they would be perfect. Her interactions were personable, friendly, and caring. It truly was the best experience I've received while checking out at any retail store. Finally, at check out, she mentioned that she thought there was a sale on baby items to which she found the sales paper and find that if you purchase $100 of baby items that you get a $20 gift card. After some calculating, she helped me figure out the amount to which I needed to purchased a few more boxes of formula that were already in my cart to get to that amount and receive the gift card. She went ahead and checked me out and held on to my bags, while I went to retrieve the additional formula, making sure to keep her line moving and customers happy. For a dad still trying to figure out the whole parenting situation it made for a warm exchange and helped us save money. I am grateful for Lannie's customer care.”

“Came in on a rainy day and was the only one there. The man at the cash register greeted me and it being my first time I wasn’t sure what to get. Thankfully I had a coupon from the mail, but he said he thought it was expired because the bottom of the paper was ripped. He still accepted it and asked what I’d like. After a quick look over their favorite subs I got a classic. He asked the size and then if I’d like it all the way, of course I would! The second sandwich (because it was a coupon for buy one get one 99¢ was an Italian. He asked the size for that and bread and all the way. At the end of the transaction he tried scanning the coupon and it wasn’t scanning due to it being ripped. Without saying anything about it, he entered into the system and gave me the discount. Was impressed with the way he treated me for me not having a proper coupon.”
