(March 9, 2019, 4:42 pm)I can't start to express how wonderful, caring, understanding everyone was in helping me and our children get through this most difficult time in our life. Ervin had a full military service. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. It was more than we ever expected. The service was just breathtaking.

(February 26, 2019, 2:47 pm)From the minute we walked into the funeral home we were addressed with respect and so much compassion. My family and I were attended to with kindness and sympathy. Brandy Garcia was our point of contact and from the minute she sat with us we were reassured that all preparations would be addressed and taken care of. Every detail was taken care of and I give Brandy and the staff so much credit for their incredible eye to making sure that our service was done properly. My family and I couldn't have prepared for the sadest day in our lives with out the help of Brandy and her team. Thank you so very much.
(February 20, 2019, 1:06 pm)I am a police officer who frequently visits American Heritage. The staff is extremely professional and truly care for the families that they serve. Julisa, Brandy, and Hunter are great. They serve active duty soldiers, retired veterans, their families, as well as different cultures and religions. This is a great place to use.
(January 5, 2019, 9:13 pm)We had our father's funeral service here. Brandy did a wonderful job. She was so caring and took care of everything for us. For someone who is a veteran and is being laid to rest at the Houston National Cemetery this is the funeral home to use. They can coordinate everything. They also have a horse-drawn caisson that will take your loved one to the cemetery. They all went above and beyond for us.
(December 20, 2018, 10:04 pm)I attended a funeral service for a friend and the service was great. In the past I have attended other funerals but not like this one. All of the staff had a great eye for attention to detail. They were very hospitable. Julissa Soto and Brandy Garcia did an amazing job, I don’t plan on needing this service any time soon but when I do, I’ll be coming back to these guys. Great job !
