Rock Creek Apartments

I just moved in here after looking at other Apartments.
This place is nice and your staff Joana is the best. She followed on after my first visit and she went out of her way helping me under the rain.

Many great changes happening since Madera Residential took over. Office staff is very attentive and responsive. The Property Manager Silvia seems to sincerely care about the well being of the tenants and the property.

Rock creek has been doing a complete renovation of both phases and the work is looking great! I have read some of the reviews on here and I’m wondering if most of the negative ones are only written because they had to pay rent on time or were sent a notice for not following property rules. During my time here I haven’t had any of the issues reported and I’ve been in two different units, one in each phase.

Great rates and easy to work with staff would make anyone happy to live here. Great location with many places to visit and eat surrounding the property.

The staff and management were extremely helpful and friendly to boot. Helpful in in all in explaining all details in a clear and coherent manner making the follow through very easy

I have been living at rock creek apartments for almost 2 years and love this place. Staff in office are very helpful and nice. And this renovation they are doing is making the property look very nice.
