  There has never been another physician who has gone above and beyond for the call of duty for her patients comparable to the care Dr. Bell provides for me and my immediate family. She has walked with me and my family for over 20 years. Even when Houston Independent School District continued to use Aetna Insurance for the their employees which made it impossible for me to see her, she referred me to another doctor who had aligned herself with Dr. Bell’s morals and values. Her nurses and staff are so extremely compassionate, courteous, and always on-point as well. I cannot say, think, or conceive a better facility or group of top-notch caregivers than the people at Kelsey-Seybold institution. The business office has gone to great lengths to work with me in arrangement of payment plans because the insurance company (Cigna) wants a huge deductible met ($1750-2500) before paying 80% of bill. So I would highly and unequivocally recommend utilizing Kelsey-Seybold for all of your family needs hands-down. You’ll never regret it. I do hope and pray that Kelsey continues to keep all of their employees happy with compensation, moral, and a safe and loving workplace. If employees are not appreciated and overworked whether it be custodians, clerks, nurses, doctors, it’s not worth getting up in the morning to go to a miserable ???? workplace and be expected to provide top-notch services to patients when you feel under appreciated. Therefore, in closing, I would like to humbly and graciously thank Dr. Alfreda Bell, her staff, and all of Kelsey-Seybold for providing my family with amazing and outstanding services. ♥️♥️♥️

  I went to her for the second time. I like Dr. Bell, because she really cares about your health. On both occasions, she has been quick to make sure that I'm ok, even to the point of ordering tests. P.S. you're welcome Dr. Bell. You deserve it.

  I was a first time patient that was scheduled for the wrong service. Dr. Bell took me in right away for the right service. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt very important to her. Dr. Bell, you are definitely a five star!

  I like Dr. Bell because she is kind, listens to her patients and spends quality time with her patients like me who need a little extra time sometimes. She has been attentive and on top of my health and sincerely wants what is best for her patients which is successful healthy living. I also appreciate that I am always greeted with a smile :-)

  Dr. Bell provided such a great experience for me upon my first visit. She spent a great amount of time with me, answered any and all questions with true concern and full explanation. Overall, I walked away feeling as if I was in great hands and had definitely found my new general practioner. The facility is nice, and having multiple doctors within the building seem to make needed referrals an easy process as well.
