  The staff here is great! Everyone is polite and helpful. They explained procedure and protocol very clearly. Her intake/surgery/discharge was done in a very timely manner. They have so many toys and trucks for the kids to ride on before surgery;) They also have movies and games. Literally, every single doctor and nurse was so caring and loving to my daughter. They took their time and had a lot of patience with my girl. This is the best hospital. I’m very pleased.

  The bad reviews are for the emergency room wait time. They have an urgent care, take your kid there for less wait time! Our daughter had an appointment to get her tonsils removed today at 8am. It is now 10:36 am and we are headed home with a happy kiddo! The nurses and staff are the friendliest and most attentive to all of their patients. They really interacted with our daughter and made her comfy! The doctor and nurses kept us up to date on everything, best experience we've had by far! I will recommend this location!

  I could not be more grateful for the staff here. They were amazing on arrival and stayed that way throughout my sons full stay. He started in the er and we were there for about 16 hours and they made sure that we were all comfortable. Once he was admitted the staff continued to be amazing. I 100% recommend this hospital. Thank y’all so much for the help.

  I’m shocked to see these reviews. I took my daughter and she was checked in asap.They were very professional and attentive. They made me feel like my daughter was in excellent care:)

  The emergency room staff was attentive and doctors worked well together to try and resolve issues. The nurses were helpful and fulfilled most of our requests. The only thing I was surprised about was the hospital didn't have or use free & clear soap for sensitive skin (which my entire family has). We were forced to buy our own soap and bring blankets and pillows from home.
