Houston Methodist West Hospital

Currently waiting on test results in the ER. I came here because of tingling in my left arm and leg. I must say from the time I entered the doors, the staff has been amazing. I've had several issues with West Houston hospital in the past and decided to get checked out by this hospital. I'm very pleased. The staff is very professional and courteous. The hospital is very clean. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the entire staff currently on shift since 3:30pm on 4/26/2019. Amazing.

Had a great experience at this hospital with both my Arm Surgery and Giving birth to my first son. The staff is extremely nice, attentive, and the place is kept clean!

Giving birth to my first baby was definitely nerve wracking but this hospital gave me the BEST experience. The nurses are so UNBELIEVABLY caring and sweet. Every single nurse that cared for my baby was INCREDIBLE! Also the receptionists in the front are totally amazing as well! One of them even came to check on baby and I post c-section! How sweet is that?? If you’re looking for a great hospital to give birth look no further. Thank you so much for everything! Your staff is truly one of a kind.

I had inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room visits here and I can attest that all my experiences with “everyone” from signing in to exiting has been top notch. Couldn’t ask for higher quality care. Very clean environment too... that’s a huge plus too.
