  I must start by saying that this is the only flooring company that I will recommend to my family and friends as long as they are around. I found them on home advisor about a month ago. Please look at reviews posted by others. It really does matter what people say. The manager Kimberly is extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable with her products and estimates. I had a very large project with almost three thousand square feet of wood. My husband insisted I have three other companies come to my home to do an estimate so I did and found them to be less than desirable. It really helps to have a female touch when trying to figure out colors and styles, no offense guys! The other companies just wanted to sell me their stock two color choice flooring but Kimberly really took the time to find out what was best for my home since I do have a bit of a moisture concern. We ended up going with an exotic floor because it is very hard and we also purchased an extra sealant to go with our moisture guard adhesive. I must tell you my floors are absolutely amazing an Javier my installer was just brilliant. Clean, polite, easy to communicate with "which is VERY important" when moving my furniture around and making sure my animals don't get outside. Pro floor has insurance on their company which I strongly recommend asking about if you are having work done on your home and you have valuables. For the most part, I am writing this review to give kudos to this company. I wasn't expecting such spot on work but I do get lucky every now and again. Thank you for my beautiful wood floors Pro floor!

  I spent weeks looking in all the wrong places until i stopped into Pro-Floor!! After discussing what I was looking for, Kimberly led me right to the product that now looks perfect in my kitchen, entry and guest bath!! And being very cost conscious, I was very pleased with the price. My home still needs more flooring and when I'm ready I will be right back at Pro-Floor. Thanks for my beautiful floors!

  I stopped by pro floor on my way home from work. I wasn't sure what to expect because they don't have a very large showroom but to my surprise, I felt very welcome and did go ahead and set up a measure with Kimberly, the girl who runs the floor. She was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. I picked out some different samples from the store and she came out the next day and brought the samples with her. To me, that is very helpful to have someone to come out and bring you the product before deciding what goes in your house. I have had several other quotes from ez floors, floors for living, and one other place. Pro floor is not the cheapest quote, but I do believe that you get what you pay for. I am very glad that I took a chance and went with them because the installers were very good and it didn't take long at all. I also like the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty with all of their installs. I appreciate when someone takes the time to come out even after the job is finished to check and make sure I am happy and that they did everything that was asked of them. I would recommend this flooring company to others because of their professionalism and beautiful work. Ask for Kimberly. I'm pretty sure she is an interior designer too. That helps when she brings out samples based on what you describe your home to look like.

  Pro Floors was great to work with to replace the carpet in our whole house. Pricing met our budget and the installers were very good. They arrived early and completed the job professionally and quickly within one day. I would highly recommend this company. Jon was great to work with for this project so if you are looking to replace your floors this is the company to use.
