  I got dropped off by an Uber because I came from Bush Airport. The rentals at Hobby are $200 less than Bush's, so I made the trip. The people were very friendly and helped me get my car with ease. I did wait about 8 mins for my car because I wanted an upgrade. Otherwise I could've just driven one of the ones from the lot. I witnessed 2 of the dollar/Thrifty vans pull up while I was getting out of the Uber, one drove up while I waited in line and another drove up while I waited for my car. All together I was there about 20mins including time waiting for other guests and my experience was wonderful, quick and easy.

  The staff here are wonderful and efficient. Shout out to Terrence who rushed us right to check-in on the shuttle when we were running late. The lady who processed our return was also very quick.

  I got the rental car for really good price through hotwire. Then I read all the bad reviews on Yelp. I went with it and everything was just wonderful. The flkw was smooth and all the staff were very friendly and professional. I did not spend much time waiting for the shuttle either way. Very pleased.

  Everyone was friendly, quick and knew how to do their jobs. Not something you can say for many rental places. Ron, in particular, was great to work with, helpful and personable. Will definitely use Thrifty again!

  My boyfriend and I picked up our car from Josephine and checked out with Tonya, both were so sweet and so helpful! Josephine had many cars for us to choose and the car was very clean! Tonya grabbed us for a quick return and helped get us on the shuttle within minutes.
  Will definitely be coming back! Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff with good value & a quality rental!
