  My hot tub is everything I wanted and more and the prices were incredible, especially compared to everything else I looked at. I can honestly say everything about my tub is better than I imagined it would be and the service has been some of the best I’ve ever had highly recommend

  The spas are first rate...by far the best we’ve owned. The owners are veterans who haven’t forgotten their principles of service and honor. No deal is ever without complications or miscommunication, but these folks will work with you and satisfy everyone. We found Richard et al to be honorable people...buy with confidence.

  Wow! Everything from customer service, to price, and quality was just amazing. I bought this hot tub as a surprise for my husband and he absolutely loves it!!! Richard was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable of his products, making the buying process stress free!

  I purchased my hot tub last month and I’m completely satisfied with it. I’m in it almost daily. It was well worth the already excellent price. Richard helped me decide on the product and gave me great customer service. Very friendly staff. The entire process was quick and easy. I highly recommend using the delivery service.   We purchased our PP41 hot tub in late May. It has been a wonderful experience. I was initially concerned about the delivery and set up, but that went great as well (get the backyard delivery when you order). I have absolutely no complaints about the purchase, delivery or the hot tub itself. Richard was a pleasure to work with and really helped make the process smooth. We are in our hot tub almost every night and it is wonderful. You just need to check chemicals often if you are in as much as we are. It is very easy to maintain.
