  My experience there was amazing, from making my appointment to seeing the doctor. The staff is very friendly and the doctor was very professional and personable. I went in for Botox on my forehead due to expression lines, and they told me it could take up to 2 weeks for it to take effect, within 3 days I noticed changes and on day 5 they were completely gone! Seriously so amazed at my results. Would highly highly recommend.

  LIPOSUCTION at the rightful age of 53,
  Hello, I'm 53, African American Woman from Houston Texas. I called Clinic 45 on a Friday morning to schedule a consult with Dr. Joseph Sleiman MD, my appointment was set for 3pm. As I arrived at the clinic, I noticed how nice and clean the waiting room was and all the staff were smiling and very friendly. I filled out all paperwork and had my initial visit with one of his nurses, she was very professional and listened to what I wanted my body to look like, she reassured me that Dr. Sleiman was the man for the job. In walks this nice looking, well groomed, middle aged gentleman. He greeted me with a hand shake and a smile and welcomed me to Clinic 45. Dr. Sleiman examined my body with his nurse and drew on it with a marker to show me exactly what he would have to do for me to get the results I was looking for, we agreed on the price, I went next door to the lab to do my blood work and scheduled my surgery for Monday at 8am, went to Walgreens to get my 6 prescriptions. On Monday, my procedure took about 5 hours, yes 5 hours because Dr. Sleiman and 2 of his amazing nurses had me under local anesthesia , I was awoke, and talking to them the entire time he was gently sculpturing my body, doing my lipo. It was important for me to be awake during this procedure because I had to turn over on my stomach, back and sides so that he could contour my butt, hips, waistline and stomach areas. He removed 5 liters of fat from my body, yes 5 liters of fat, I saw it for myself. I went home within an hour of my treatment, my sister took me home, I ate warm soup, crackers, cranberry juice and started taking my medications. I'm now 3 days Post Op and look and feel fabulous, I am a little sore but it well worth it....He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable in his field and his staff is amazing, they have made a friend for life......

  Dr. Sleiman did a wonderful job on my Botox. It was my first time to have it done and he explained everything very well and I knew exactly what to expect. It was an easy process and the results look great. And the staff was so nice. ❤️

  I highly recommend Clinic 45 for Laser Hair removal. Sheila was very professional and informative even though I had to alter my appointment several times. Karen performed my laser hair removal and was amazing. Her technique is painless.
