Great prices, competent and friendly staff.

As a cash patient without insurance, all what I can share about him and his staff is that they are the best ones I can find in Houston for both the price and the service quality they provide. They patiently listen to their patients for symptom diagnosis and really take care of the patients. They were also very helpful on helping me out on filling up my prescription. When I told the doctor that I was very worried about the price of the medications without insurance, he friendly showed me the list of pharmacies that could give me the best and most affordable price. When I called in a day later, his staff was very nice, she carefully instructed me how to take the medications. I have to say this. Before I saw him, I had seen the same family doctor twice but nothing was improved. When my symptoms became really bad, I saw the Dr. Douglas only once last year, my symptoms were greatly improved. He and his staff are really good.

I do not give good reviews as often as I should because very few places 'wow' you anymore. However, I have been going here for about a month... almost daily. So I feel I have a pretty good perspective and they really deserve feedback.

The doctor did the allergy test and I found out I am pretty much allergic to stuff all year around. Not so 'seasonal'. Plus, they tested for Fire Ants and I am so allergic they could kill me.

Now I am doing allergy shots, which is why I am there almost daily. I must say that the doctor is very personable and always smiling. The staff is wonderful too and very nice every time I go in there. Even the receptionists are always pleasant when I ask questions or if they check for reactions.

I truly can recommend this allergy clinic for more than just allergy reasons. Although I look forward to not having allergies or having to go quite as often because I don't care much for the shot. Also, not dying if an ant bites me sounds like a good thing too.
