I had a terrible experience at Jeff Hass Mazda, so the difference in treatment at Joe Meyers was a breath of fresh air. No pressure. No games. Staff was easy to work with and I felt secure that I got a great deal. Nathan in finance was terrific. He knew what we needed and helped us expedite the process so we got out quickly with exactly what we wanted. No surprises! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And best of all, I love my Mazda 3!
I just had my first service experience with Joe Myers Mazda and again it was exceptional. They estimated an hour and half for service time and I even added an item to the list once they got started. They still finished in exactly the original estimated time. Construction on 290 is a mess, so maybe they are trying harder to keep every customer that comes in, but they are doing great no matter the driving factor. I am impressed!!
I have nothing but high praises for Brandon Lester. From the time that I called to find a part and scheduling an appointment, through the follow up emails, to the greeting at the dealership, to summarize my work detail, then showing me to the waiting room and amenities ( coffee/water ), to finalizing the payment AND to let me know that there was an open recall which they fixed!!
PRICELESS is the only word I can described.
If all your employee's are this proficient and professional then all dealerships should follow your Excellence of Service.

I love Joe Myers Kia. We went in to get a 2015 Sorento. We contacted Tyler Bright in advance and told him what we wanted, color, equipment, everything, and when we got there, it was ready for us to look at. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a car dealer in my life. Every time we work with Tyler, we come away with huge smiles and knowing that we got the best deal possible.
