  I took in my Outback for its 6 month check up service today at Superior Subaru and received outstanding service. Brandon Lester, ultimate service professional greeted me with a smile and promptly checked me. He explained everything to me and even escorted me in and gave me a tour of the waiting areas pointing out where I could get refreshments etc/restrooms. I recently retired after working 41 years for a Large #1 service company and I worked in customer service so I have very high standards on how I want to be treated. Brandon did not disappoint and made the whole process seamless. I love my Outback Subaru and I highly recommend Superior Subaru. The service department is on point and my service was completed timely and they even washed my car!

  My husband and I like most people, dreaded buying a new car. We love and knew we wanted to purchase a new Subaru! That brought to Superior Subaru! We received the best service from Kelley Redmond sales representative and finance manager Vincent Gross! We were not put through the ringer.
  Both made the transaction a painless one! We love Superior Subaru!!

  Professional is the best way to describe this dealership. This is a place where I feel like people are treated with respect and with fairness - just hope everyone also treats them with the same respect and fairness.
  
  From sales to finance to services to parts and anyone else I interacted with, they have a great demeanor and friendliness that makes me happy to come by for any reason.
  
  They only opened up in 2018, but they were smart to hire the right kinds of people.
  
  Also, they have dog treats in the waiting area! For dogs.

  I just recently bought a used car from Superior Subaru of Houston and couldn't be happier. First off I had a great salesman named Fernando who wasn't pushy like some salesman can be, he was very professional. I also had business with the Service Manager Mr. Wally Mendez who was a great person and another professional who I cant say enough good things about. I hope they are paying him a good salary because he is worth every penny. The service department is great and I'm sure that's because of Mr. Mendez's guidance. If you need to purchase a car, or need a car serviced, you can count on this dealership to do the right thing, they truly believe in taking care of their customers.

  Best service experience I've ever had. Brian and the team there got the service done quickly and everyone I encountered seemed to be in a positive mood. The waiting area was comfortable and the overall quality of the place seems like it is taken care of. Now I wish my other car was a Subaru so I wouldn't have to deal with other places with worse service.
