“About 20 years ago I started working out with Jeff as my personal trainer. I had worked with a number of trainers before Jeff. Once I had Jeff as my trainer I have not had another trainer. Jeff is the best. He knows the body very well and can get excellent results. One of the differences is that Jeff stays extremely focused on you during your workout to give you the best. The results of my workouts were very good. Almost two years ago I had a stroke and my insurance paid for a physical therapist. I knew that Jeff would be much better than a physical therapist so I contacted Jeff to see if he would work with me again on my recovery from the stroke. Jeff began work with me immediately and within 4 months I had a full recovery from my stroke. I still used the physical therapist that the insurance company provided, I told the physical therapist that I was using Jeff also and he began asking me for Jeff’s workout routine and incorporated some of Jeff’s work out in my physical therapy. It seems Jeff has a good solution for most physical aches, pains and ailments. In judging Jeff’s work on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give him a 12.”

“My wife and I have been working with Ken for several months now since moving to Houston. I was lifelong athlete. I competed in every organized sport. I am a Veteran and excelled in physical requirements during my time in service. I taught my wife how to run. She completed a marathon a few years ago and several shorter runs since then, including Manion Hero Run just after we move here last year. To I coached youth lacrosse for 15 years and contributed to local athletics on many levels. Both my hips degenerated from osteoarthritis and I had them both replaced last year. I put on 30 more lbs than I should have been carrying and stopped working out/exercising. Since working with Ken, I've lost over 20lbs, and gained strength and flexibility I haven't had for years. My wife is stronger than ever and is increasing her run distances given her newly developed strength thanks to Ken. Ken is an astute trainer, expert physiologist, and skilled in identifying areas in need of focus and programs to advance, achieve the customer fitness goal. He is professional, extremely congenial, collaborates with schedule flexibility to accommodate my and my wifes' busy work travel schedule. He is an incredibly valuable addition to our weekly routines. I recommend him highly but in truth, I don't want to lose our discovered gem of a trainer due to overdemand! Thank you Ken. Looking forward to more progress.”

“I don't understand the negative reviews on here. I love this location. I'm am super Ioyal to America's Best because I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. Making an appointment online could not be any easier. Everyone is incredibly friendly! They even recognize me when I come in! I've been there maybe 5 times in the past 15 months and they remember me. Want to know why? Because I'm friendly and have a good time with the staff while I'm there! Megan especially is my favorite person there. She makes going to get glasses fun!
