We have lived here nearly a year. The leasing and maintenance staff are really great. Friendly, helpful, responsive people that genuinely want to help and do a good job. The amenities are great and the place is kept clean and well. Great gym and pool, free coffee and great occasional events. Also really close to Walmart and dollar store and a few other places that makes it convenient. But for me best part is good happy and friendly staff cause good people will do their best to make your living comfortable. All the ladies, Alexis, Tara and Savannah are really great.

Lived here for a few months now and it’s pretty great. Office staff is super nice and helpful and welcoming. Other residents are nice as well. The look of the community is great, it’s clean and doesn’t have your typical apartment style to it. Much more of a home feeling than you normally get. Everything is updated too, great place.

Usually quiet complex with minor noise disturbances such as barking dogs or slamming doors once in a while. Beautifully designed apartments with great closet and storage space as well as nice amenities, good security, super maintenance team and competent and professional office staff. Neighbors are friendly and complex is in a convenient location. Rent is high but it is everywhere. We are very happy here for the most part.

My 1st experience with my dominican blow-out was Amazing! Jenny was super sweet, professional, informative and transparent. She played soothing music and I totally enjoyed EVERYTHING! I just can't stop running my hands thru my hair lol.... its like satin & my norm is always curly! Fourth time at Punta Cana Dominican Salon, The owner (Jenny) is very knowledgeable about natural hair.My first time getting serviced "Jenny met me when I was frustrated with my natural hair. I was so ready to convert back to my perm hair. She changed my mind without her knowing. I love my hair!!! Jenny is friendly and professional.
