The female officers in window 5 was so patient to answer our questions, female officer in window 4 was smiling to us all the time. Our urgent request was accepted but we were late to pick up her visa since our electrical car was out of battery. We really appreciate officer in embassy made exception and gave us visa after business hours. Thank you so much.”
