  All the employees working at UT Physicians-Victory are hospitable!!! Dr. Gutierrez is amazing!!! All of the staff are so sweet, respectful, kind, and understanding! From the very first start at the front desk, to the nurses taking blood pressure and what not, to Dr. Gutierrez, to the lady taking blood...I mean they all were so sweet to me and I felt like I could ask them questions without being belittled (which I find is hard nowadays). I gotta say, the outward appearance and even the look inside had me nervous, but after the awesome staff and doctor, I will come back here and will recommend this place!!!

  Omg these ladies were all super amazing. From the front desk to the nurses, to the lady who took my blood, which I'm super phobic of needles, to Ms Fuentes who had an amazing disposition as a Dr. I'm grateful for being let in, even though I was late. The lady who took my blood did it quickly, painlessly and I just had an all around great experience here. I will definitely continue using this clinic. 5*s ladies y'all are awesome
