“This is my favorite 99 cent store. I love the selection here. And to say I’m a regular, is an understatement. I had an issue with an employee and manager some time back but it worked itself out. It never discouraged me from shopping here though. They just hired a new Assistant Manager by the name of Sheree, who was kind enough to help me with my bags to my car. Now that’s what you call customer service! It’s indeed a rarity these days and she is definitely an asset. I was so taken aback by this kind gesture, that I had to write this review.
