My 4 Year old is a special need and she does a wonderful job taking care of him without any drama or crying (which is unbelievable). She is very patient and knows how to inspire trust in children. Her office is brand new with everything to keep kids busy in the waiting room and all her equipment is top notch! The receptionist is a sweetheart and she even asked what movie the kids wanted to watch. We’ve been with Dr Briceño for two years now and her diagnosis, judgment and advices where always in the best interest of my two sons. “When I heard that BEYOGA was about to open in a convenient location in the Heights, I confirmed that it was a non-heated studio and then went to try a class. I am so glad that I did! BE has such a great vibe top to bottom. The space is so light and inviting and the owners, instructors, and other students are warm and friendly. The instructors are fantastic and each offers a unique set of talents in their classes. There are a variety of class options that suit a full spectrum of students from experienced yogis to novices and everyone is welcomed. They also regularly offer workshops covering topics pertaining to life on and off the mat. BE is building a great community and it has become my go-to studio.”

“I started going to Sharmeen to do my lash extensions about two years and absolutely love her work! My lashes look full, yet natural. I have a relatively busy schedule with work, so it is definitely a luxury to be done with my beauty routine in less than seven minutes each morning. Also, I get compliments about my lashes all the time. I recommend doing the volume set, as they feel lighter while still providing a full lash look. In regard to maintenance, I get a refill once every three weeks and it takes roughly an hour each session.”

“I was a patient at the Houston OCD program for 3 weeks. I do not live in the area, so it was a huge leap of faith to travel quite a distance and give this program a try. It is hard work but it sure beats the alternative of staying sick. Prior to attending this program, I had exhausted all my options with little to no change in my mental health status. The experience was was incredible and really life changing, to say the least. Everyone was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I learned so much about how to better manage my condition and they gave me a concrete plan on how to continue treatment after my discharge. My individual therapist was Jennifer Sy and she was fabulous! You really can see the difference going there vs your everyday run of the mill therapist. These people are really dedicated to your treatment and are on the cutting edge of OCD treatment. Everywhere else I went, I just felt like another patient. At the Houston OCD program, I felt as though I really mattered and that everyone really cared about my recovery. If you’re suffering from this awful disorder, I highly suggest giving them a call. It could change your life!!”
