  I originally interacted with a now former manager of the service department when I purchased my enclosed 46' trailer in Feb 2018 from a repo company and needed some immediate repairs before it was road worthy to travel the country. Unfortunately, I went through a series of empty promises and broken deadlines to finally get my trailer back with some hefty dents in the side from someone not paying attention when maneuvering it or other trailers around it. The former manager promised to repair it next time I'm in Houston, free of charge so I took him up on that when we came back in Nov 2018. I made him aware, well in advance, that the trailer was coming, work needing to be performed and was promised it would be complete in the given timeframe. I clearly went over everything with him before leaving it in their hands. I called for an update a couple of days before it was to be picked up and was told they had not touched it yet. When it came time to pick the trailer up, they had just pulled it in to start fixing the damaged parts it was originally in for. None of the other items were addressed at all. I reached out to the owner of the business and while I did not receive a direct response from him, Jeff in service stepped up to the plate and took over his boss' shortcomings, per instruction from the owner. We ultimately agreed on a price for the other repairs I needed performed and set another timeline. In the meantime, the weak link was removed from the picture and work was finally completed in the agreed timeline, as well as budget. I noticed a significant improvement in the service department once the former manager was removed and I'd highly recommend anyone with trailer repair needs to talk to Jeff.

  The service counter has had a HUGE step up in service and support. Jennifer personally took control of an issue and followed through. She is a fantastic addition and something that was a long time in coming!

  Had some work done back in November. We have a tandem axel 12’ cargo trailer we drag around the great state of Texas and beyond. Called Trailer Wheel and Frame about 10:00/11:00am inquiring about a new fender. They were able to get me in and out, same day service which was surprising! Figured we’d have to offload the trailer and leave it there for a day or two which wasn’t the case. They did a great job on the repair and came in way under the original estimate. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this company. Will be taking all of trailers here!

  They did a great job. Helped me out of a pinch and were able to shorten an axle and swap all parts from old axle to new in a 24 hour turn around. Quality was great everything aligned and installed perfectly.

  My husband took his trailer in to be serviced and had a quicker turn around than expected. Jeff in the service department was excellent and kept us updated with every step in the process. I will be recommending to all our friends.
