(August 30, 2018, 11:58 am)Recently, I needed to relocate my '66 Chevy truck from North Texas to Houston where we had bought a new home.
I had called Big Tex originally to purchase an electric brake controller that I needed to install so I could rent a trailer from another trailer rental company. As it turned out, Big Tex didn't have my part, but Christine Martinez called a contact and found the make & model I was looking for locally. It was the last one in his store and she convinced him to put it on hold for me.
I was so impressed with the service at Big Tex that I canceled my reservation with the other company and rented a trailer from Big Tex instead. Christine had me on the road in no time and with no hassle at all.
I can;t say enough about Ms. Martinez' professionalism, knowledge, people and organizational skills. It looked to me like she was running the whole operation at the Houston site.
Big Tex has the inventory, the best quality product and the friendliest staff of anyone I had called. I highly recommend this company!
