“ere cleaning carpets in a unit behind us and my wife got their business card. We had them here today to clean 2 room, 1 hallway, and the stairs. We haven't had the carpet professionally cleaned for 11 years. Always do it with our home cleaner. The price was the big draw, only $140.00!! The techs were very friendly and very professional. In addition to cleaning the carpet they provided excellent advice on getting spots up (we have one cat who loves to hack up hairballs on our beige carpet). They also told us what type carpet to buy whenever we decide to replace ours. And the carpets look FANTASTIC now! You can't go wrong with AquaTec in my opinion.”

“Best apartment ever! Its a senior community so most tenants are 55 and over. Very safe and quiet. Cheaper than most other apartments around. Maintenance response is very fast. The Manager, Ms Mary Jewel Drinkard is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Perfect location. Its close to everything. There is even a park right next to it. I have been living here for 4 years+ and very satisfied. I am one of the few young tenants here and I love it. My neighbors are friendly and always wave when i pass by. Parking is a bit tight but there are plenty of unmarked space next to the fence. The apartment is old but very well kept. Appliances, fixtures, lights, faucets are quite old but clean and work well. The AC is really old so it doesn't cool well during summer. If you get an upstairs unit like mine, it will be hot. Sometimes the inside gets to 80°F with the AC run on max. That's the only complaint I have. oh, did i mention a beautiful pool?”
