“This is a nice motel for a "family-oriented" establishment. Kudos on the improvements and upgrades that have been made to date. The addition of the kitchenettes is a wonderful thing. It's nice to be able to prepare your meals as opposed to being in a situation to have to turn to fast-food, takeout, or convenience store eating which over time becomes a very costly, and at times inconvenient, ordeal.”

“Good room for the price we paid also good location it's near a Denny's and Starbucks. The negatives were the room smelled bad had to get an air freshener, the sheets had cigarette burns, and the area has a lot of poor people begging for money but they do have security cameras outside so at least there's that.”

“This is a very nice Community. Most of the units are owner-occupied and everybody knows everybody and they look out for each other Safety and Security. The homeowners association requires a background check and credit check on every person moving in as a renter or as a homeowner. This can be seen as an obstacle but it is really good to keep everybody safe and secure. I have enjoyed living here for the past 8 years.”
